If the event is canceled in its entirety for 2022 for any reason, payments will be refunded in full within 60 days of the cancellation notice. If the event is scheduled to take place (in-person or virtually), refunds will not be issued for those who wish to cancel their registration after the cancellation deadline of October 20, 2022 for any reason except as outlined below.
Substitutions for Any Reason
If you are no longer able to attend but would like to send someone in your place, and have your payment transferred to them, you may do so in advance of the event by sending an email to email@example.com. The substitute will be required to register in advance. Additional details will be provided at the time of the request.

If you or your agency requires an invoice and/or payment by check, please submit the invoice request/offline payment request form. Participants will not be able to register prior to doing so.

REGISTRATION FEE: $60
Includes access to the full day of activities, all sessions, exhibits, refreshments, and lunch.
Registration will close 11:59pm on October 20th. Pre-registration is REQUIRED.
All registrations are subject to review by the organizers for appropriateness. If it is determined that a registrant is not qualified to attend, a full refund will be provided. Event staff reserve the right to ask for identification and credentials before allowing entry to the event.
When registering, use the email you will use for all correspondence, according the Whova event app, when utilizing online networking features, etc. You will not be able to access the site otherwise. We will ask you for your session selections in advance. You will be able to access, view, and adjust your selections through the event app at a later date. Pre-selection is strongly encouraged as space for sessions is assigned based on the physical space available at the venue.
DIETARY & OTHER NEEDS
There will a variety of food items to choose from throughout the day, including gluten free options. If you have other dietary allergies or restrictions, please specify this information during your online registration. As well as if you have other needs that we should be aware of so you may fully participate in this event. We do our best and work with you and the venue to accommodate your needs and will contact you if we have questions or are unable to provide a suitable solution. Advance notification of at least 5 days is appreciated.
By registering for this event, you are consenting to potentially having your picture taken and utilized on the web, in social media, and in print. Use of such images will be used for marketing or educational purposes only and will not be used in any profit making venture. Your photos will not be sold or used by any organization other than CHI, JSI, and the organizations represented on the NHEHC planning committee.
